Imperial Field Construction & Developments is a Calgary-based construction and development consultancy founded on a simple conviction: owners deserve senior-level expertise at every stage of their project.
Our principal brings over 15 years of experience across the full project spectrum, from real estate development and feasibility analysis to contractor-side delivery on projects spanning retail, commercial, institutional, and residential asset classes. That breadth means we understand how developers think, how contractors price, and how to protect the owner's interest at every step.
We work with a focused roster of clients — developers, investors, and owner-occupiers — who want a trusted advisor in their corner, not a large firm with junior staff on their file. We are based in Calgary and serve clients across Western Canada.
